Squire provides assisted purchasing (Squire Shop), receiving and forwarding (Squire Ship), software procurement and administration (Squire Business) and authorized data transfer (Squire Data). Each job is governed by these terms and the quote you approve.
2. Quotes and approval
We do not commit funds before you approve a quote. Your approval records the items, spending cap, substitution rule, expiry and cancellation terms. Material changes require a new quote version or change order.
3. Payment
You pay invoices for specific jobs. Squire does not offer stored value or a transferable balance. Overpayments and cancellations are settled as credits or refunds linked to the original transaction.
4. Your responsibilities
You must provide truthful identity and destination information, request only eligible items and data you are authorized to move, and respond to requests for information.
5. Limits
Transit times are estimates unless contractually backed. Customs clearance is not guaranteed. Inspection is limited to the level you authorize and is not a manufacturer warranty.
6. Ending the relationship
You may close your account at any time. Open jobs are completed or cancelled under their quote terms. Offboarding for Business and Data services follows the applicable service agreement.
