Refunds, credits and claims

Stockouts and cancellations

Unused funds for an item that could not be bought are reconciled to a credit or refund. Squire fees, retailer refunds and unrecoverable costs are shown separately.

Claims

Report missing, wrong or damaged items, non-delivery, delays or incorrect charges from the job. We preserve photos, custody records and partner correspondence.

No stored balance

Squire does not hold a general wallet. Credits apply to future invoices or are refunded.
