Select packages that are ready, then choose instructions: combine, remove packaging, keep retail boxes, add protection, or split.
What we record
New parcel IDs list the source packages and items inside, with final measurements and photos. Original package identity is preserved.
Storage
Each package has an included storage period. You get notices before chargeable storage starts. Holds caused by us are never charged to you.
