What we collect
Account details, addresses, contacts, job records, payment references, package photos, support messages and audit records. For Data projects, project metadata and access references, not dataset contents.
Why
To quote, fulfil and document your jobs, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and support you.
Who sees it
Staff and partners see only what their role needs. Warehouse staff do not see identity documents. Delivery partners do not see payments. General administrators do not see service credentials.
Retention and deletion
We keep records for defined periods, then delete them, subject to required retention. You can request an export or deletion from Settings.
Marketing
Transactional messages are separate from marketing. Marketing requires your permission and can be withdrawn at any time.
